Thank you for the wonderful work on our kitchen remodel project! We were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the project, the work and professionalism of the subcontractors, your attention to detail, your promptness in addressing issues and your communication.

First, we thought your choice in subcontractors was excellent. They were all prompt, courteous and respectful while working in our home. The workmanship was also exceptional. As you know, we are extremely pleased with the archway and feels it adds more character to both the kitchen and the family room.

Secondly, we appreciated your high level of detail. This included the detail and specifics of the project contract as well as your help on our floor issues.

Thirdly, we were impressed with the manner in which you handled the unexpected challenges that arose. This of course, included the surprises in the floor once the ceramic tile came up. You immediately called in an engineer to assess the situation and kept us on schedule.

Lastly, your communication with us throughout the entire project was superb! How wonderful it was to get promptly returned phone calls! You also kept us apprised of each step of the project. Each day I appreciated the updates and the expectation for the next day.

I know we really felt you took ownership in our project and it is certainly reflective in the high quality product we received. We would be happy to be a source of recommendation for any of your future projects.
